The location was just amazingly convenient! 💯 room was cozy but a bit dated. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only downside was the worn-out furnishings. Can't beat the great access to soho and west village! 🌟

The hotel was reliable and immaculately clean inside, I loved it. The room was quiet with an amazing view and had central heating, a private safe and pay TV. Even the LaGuardia airport was not so far, 22 minutes drive away.

The staff upgraded us promptly when our window had issues. Both rooms were clean and beds comfy. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very accommodating. Only suggestion: add plant-based milk for vegans.

I liked spending my time in this reasonably clean hip new hotel. The location was amazing and marvellous, so close to bars, the center of soho. A cool bonus was nearby Dominique Ansel Bakery, that offered tea and coffee.

Although the hotel wasn't spotless and lacked amenities, staying facing the street was decent, and the Soho location was lovely for the holidays. However, late check-in and a disrespectful day manager's behavior were unacceptable and unsettling. The room could use more essentials like body wash and bottled water, though the cleanliness was satisfactory. Overall, the misleading photos and poor maintenance overshadowed any positives, making the stay regrettable.

It was impeccably clean and well priced place, brand-new rooms. The room was good value. Easy check-in and late check-out, plus the staff was helpful. Bottled drinks, free wifi were a nice surprise.

Staff and rooms are very good here, had a very comfortable stay at the worst time. Walking to Franklin Street underground station takes about 15 minutes.

I chose this hotel for a work meeting and was pleased with the Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour business center, and work-savvy amenities. The SoHo Boardroom was perfect for our executive conference, accommodating up to 12 people. Additionally, the location near Washington Square Park provided a pleasant setting for breaks between meetings.

I wish the hotel had offered a dedicated catering service for our business meeting, which would have been a convenient addition to the work-friendly amenities.

The property in Soho wasn't terrible, facing a lovely street. Despite outdated rooms, the location was ideal with easy subway access. Bed bugs and rude staff tainted the experience, but the comfy bed, WiFi, and coffee maker were appreciated. A mixed bag, but the neighborhood charm might lure me back.

I thought you'd be remodeling because that advertises your page - "Renovated Boutique Hotel. "Plus it claims to be four stars and it doesn't look like it. It's still a Hampton. From the entrance it looks ugly. Very basic facilities, really lacking in renovation and room cleaning, underneath and behind the bed, there's dust and feathers. Ugly bathroom, old tub, lack of cleaning, fragile and ugly bathroom furniture.

The price was convenient for New York because of the facade arrangements. The location near the subway was excellent for getting to know all of Manhattan.

On the date of my reservation there was no Internet in the rooms only on the hotel computers, but I think it was momentary because of the arrangements that were being made. All very good.

Dive into Black Tap, where monster burgers reign supreme and milkshakes are calorie-busting legends. Lupe's East L.A. Kitchen adds a spicy kick to any night out, while Piccola Cucina Osteria serves up Italian love in every bite.

While the continental breakfast might be MIA, filling your belly at nearby spots like Black Tap and Lupe's more than makes up for it. Who needs ice with those hot eats?

Well-equipped rooms, caring staff and perfect location. I slept so comfy in the amazing bed. The facilities were good and easy to use. Top location with a subway station next to the hotel. Great service, tasty and savoury breakfast.

The location is gold, man! Walked to the deli and got some amazing late-night pizza - had the best views of the One World Trade Center right by the corner. 😎 Front desk guys were super cool offering free water bottles, appreciated that after a long day exploring. Rooms weren't super fancy but were comfy and had a classic vibe, fit right in with the whole old-school NYC feel. 🍕

The location is perfect. The size of the rooms is above the NYC average. The attention of the staff: very friendly and efficient. The breakfast is very good with good quality products. The cleanliness is outstanding.

The hotel changed signatures a few days ago and they are the new owners who will face the reform of the hotel that needs a good renovation. We'll have to wait a few months and see how it looks.

We booked this hotel for its excellent location close to cool shops and restaurants. It served as a great base for exploring the area. the room was slightly larger than other hotels at this price level, which was a pleasant surprise. Although the lighting could have been better, the staff were very helpful and even printed out some documents for us. They also gave us a great rate for an extra day when our flight was cancelled. the hotel is conveniently located near major subway lines and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Soho 54 provided a comfortable and affordable stay.

Our stay at Soho 54 in NYC was fantastic! We were visiting for a weekend getaway and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially when we had questions or needed assistance. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the city from our comfortable bed. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. We were also pleased that there were no extra fees or charges during our stay. there was (an american hotel-) breakfast although not booked; very good location in soho at the edge of tribeca (lower manhattan easily explorable by foot). nice roof terrace on the 19th floor with view to the south; room on the 11th floor also had a view to chryslerbuilding;

newyork is disproportionate and extremely expensive (especially for accommodation/hotels); in front of the room on the 11th floor there are several dozens of fans from the air conditioner->. can be heard even through the closed window; 2 elevators had problems again and again (one was out of order for a whole day)-with rooms on the 11th floor the fire escape is not a real alternative either;

location was optimal near a metro station and many nice restaurants (breakfast/dinner). quietly situated hotel as a relief to the lively times square. room had space (27 sqm), king-size bed was optimal, shower worked perfectly. room safe could not be adjusted at the beginning, problem was immediately solved by the building services. wlan and still water was free of charge.

furniture was a bit old-fashioned and view on the 8th floor went directly to another building. this did not really bother us, as we were on the road the whole day.

The location was convenient for subways, but the customer service lacked consistency. Mixed emotions marred my experience, making it hard to overlook the inconveniences faced.

The location of the hotel is killer - right by Soho with cool cafes and stores, plus near Greenwich Village and easily accessible to almost everywhere in NYC. The bed was super comfy and a king size for pure luxury. Their free water bottles came in handy, and the staff were so accommodating - one kindly let me check out later after my call. 🌇

During our recent stay, we found the location of the hotel to be excellent, as it was situated in a vibrant area near many attractions. The modern and nicely appointed bathrooms were a standout feature, providing a pleasant experience during our trip to explore the neighborhood around Washington Square Park. The complimentary water bottles and friendly morning reception staff were also appreciated touches that added to our overall positive experience.

for nyc the price was very reasonable, room had everything i needed, even a coffee machine. subway to actually all important places was very close. directly here in soho there are beautiful small streets and pubs, like the old town.

The best thing is the location. It is a very simple hotel with practically no services, dog has free breakfast quite well and a terrace, small but not usual in this type of hotel

I recently stayed at a hotel in SoHo for 10 nights and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The spacious room with a large comfortable bed, ample storage, and a work desk exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the small touches like a coffee maker and a large window with a great view. The hotel also provided excellent WiFi, which was essential for my work. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect, with easy access to 6th Ave and nearby subway stations. a four-star experience at a reasonable price.

super location. in the middle of soho, near 3 subway stations. nice roof terrace accessible for all guests. staff was friendly and helpful.

unfortunately the room was rather small and had far too few cupboards for 3 persons. 2 persons had to live out of the suitcase. wifi worked more bad than right. curtains could not be closed completely, therefore very bright at night, because the buildings on the opposite side were illuminated at night.

beds were comfortable. room was quite spacious by new york standards. breakfast was quite tasty, especially the waffles. coffee was good and 24h free. baby cot was provided. situation in soho good.

staff was unfriendly (no smile, greeting only with "i need your name and credit card", preliminary telephone enquiry about the baby cot was only answered with the statement that we should ask on arrival. could not be guaranteed, breakfast mainly sweet. no cheese or sausage (except bacon or sausage with scrambled eggs/omelette). only, cardboard dishes/plastic cutlery. breakfast room partly very cold in winter.

I always return to this spot. The staff helped me find good exchange rates on my first visit. It suits me perfectly with luggage storage, a fitness center, and a bar. I'm back for Christmas!

It is incredibly well located, one block from Canal St, next to Lupitas the neighborhood restaurant. And Soho and Brooklyn are just a short walk away. If you go to the Halloween Parade, this is the perfect hotel because it's at the entrance to the parade.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days and I had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect in a trendy neighborhood, with two subway stations nearby. It was nice to be in a quieter area like Soho, but still within walking distance to many Manhattan attractions. The staff, especially the manager, were friendly and provided great hospitality. The room amenities were also top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

We arrived at the hotel and found out that our reserved room had been taken by someone else. The staff was quick to help and found us a new room, and even offered to carry our bags for us. Despite the initial hiccup, we had a pleasant stay in a clean and comfortable room with a great location. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a budget friendly stay.

So I stayed at this place that had music stars and scotch tastings. The cozy room had a great view. The bar was fancy but chill, near Madison Square Garden. I also found a comfort-food spot close by. Easy access to the city's highlights. It even had a boardroom for work stuff. The Easter egg hunt nearby was a fun bonus. And can you believe it? I watched the Thanksgiving parade right outside! Love the hustle and bustle, it's just my vibe.

The breakfast here is the best I've ever had included in a stay. Comfortable seating, USA Today to read, and news on TV. Wow. Plus, they gave us the 18th floor with a beautiful view. Luxury on a budget. Five stars.

The TriBeca Doubles-City View room was a cozy haven after a day of exploring the city. The fluffy bath towels made me feel like I was wrapped in a cloud, and the work desk with ergonomic chair made me feel like a successful business tycoon. I could easily imagine myself as the master of my own urban island.
